Josh Dirks brings over 15 years of experience in the cattle business to his role as manager of Herington Livestock Commission. With a deep understanding of both small and large-scale operations, Josh has hands-on experience in purchasing and feeding his own cattle as well as custom cattle. His leadership is driven by a commitment to ensuring that every producer—regardless of size—is treated with the utmost respect and care.

Josh's mission is to create a marketplace where all producers are valued equally, and where the unique needs of each operation are met. He is dedicated to helping producers market their cattle effectively and efficiently, working closely with them to build strong, successful partnerships.
